Hip-hop fans, get ready—Vylanous and Jason Benji are about to shake up the scene with their upcoming collaborative EP, To Infinity. This project marks a significant milestone for both artists, as it’s their first multi-track release together, and expectations couldn’t be higher.

Packed with a lineup of bangers, To Infinity is more than just a collection of songs—it’s a statement. The chemistry between Vylanous and Jason Benji has been undeniable in past collaborations, and now, with a full project in the works, they’re set to deliver something truly special. The EP carries deep sentimental value, symbolizing their artistic growth and shared passion for pushing boundaries in hip-hop.

While details on the tracklist remain under wraps, insiders promise a mix of hard-hitting anthems, introspective lyricism, and innovative production. Fans can expect a fusion of sharp wordplay, powerful storytelling, and high-energy beats that define both artists’ styles.

Too Full To Snak

Saturday, December 28th [2024]

As the crowd poured into the dimly lit venue in Chilliwack, B.C. tonight, fans gravitated towards the front stage to see the local legend Snak The Ripper as he was set to perform—But not before the 3 opening acts came to warm up the stage.

The first opening act was Vylanous and Jason Benji. Pumped with adrenaline and courage, they stepped onto the stage unrecognized by the audience, it was quiet until the music started playing and they're voices echoed off of the walls inside the night club. Within minutes the crowd was cheering and engaging with the artists as the melodies and whimsical rhymes they shouted out loud got the crowd energetic and fired up.

Their set consisted of a collaboration they worked on together followed by 2 solo tracks from each of them. Vylanous' single "Empty" was a highlight for his solo time on stage, "I couldn't believe some of the audience members sang along with me, like - they actually knew the words. " Vylanous stated in disbelief.  "And after our performance was finished a fan came up to me and asked me to sign the hat he was wearing. It was just surreal, I didn't realize my music could have an impact on people before until that night. I want to keep doing shows, I need to."

Jason Benji's highlight of the night was performing his single "Thursday". The crowd went wild when they heard his melodic flow over the rhythmic drum beat, "They just lost it once I started singing, it was so unexpected and I couldn't explain how motivational it was for me." he said humbly.

It's moments like these for musicians that keep them going, and from what I saw that night, I can't ever see these two stopping the momentum. You could feel the inspiration lingering in the room when they left the stage, it was something special and I don't think these two are ever going to stop doing what they love.
